The movie’s first half is disappointing and so is G.V.Prakash’s work. Overall, Shakuni will work if you love watching political satires. Puri's Cocktail Song for Devudu Chesina Manushulu

Every director is busy inventing something new for their upcoming movies to make the most in collections. Talented ace director Puri Jagan is no exception to such creative stuff.


'Devudu Chesina Manushulu' is getting mentioned for its spicy impact on the audiences with those hitting posters. Though one cannot understand the genre or content of this movie, the craze generated through Ileana's hotness is exciting. To add spice to the dish, Puri has come up with a song that has lyrics in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English in it. Earlier this director experimented with Telugu and Tamil lyrics in a couple of films like 'Amma Naanna O Tamil Ammayi' and 'Nenithe'. One proved hit and one fizzed out at Box Office.


Stuck by this multi-language lyric 'Mantra',  Puri is believing this experiment to enthral audiences. We have to see how far this wIll fetch 'Devudu Chesina Manushulu'.

Desperate Ileana doing dirty things

Ileana has been facing troubles to get back the lost glory. With the rise of latest heartthrobs like Samantha, Kajal and Tamanna, this Pokiri girl has been sidelined. A series of flop films jolted her big time. Ileana is hoping to bounce back with twin strikes in Tollywood this July. She is the leading lady in Julayi and Devudu Chesina Manushulu.

Both these films are riding on high expectations as they have capable heroes and crafty directors. All Ileana needs is some luck to get back on track. She contributed to these films with excessive skin show and the makers are using that to good effect. Devudu Chesina Manushulu and Julayi posters and promotion material is full of skimpily clad Ileana poses.

Ileana exposed her biggest asset, the midriff like never before in these films. She has also done few 'dirty deeds' like washing the car in extremely mini shorts and tried to grab the attention of viewers with tightest possible costumes. We can see the desperation of Ileana in there. Will this excessive skin show fetch her that badly needed hit or is it going to get wasted. Hope the first one comes true.

Balayya still experimenting with his roles

At this last ages of career as a Star Hero, what we see balakrishna is doubly energetic than his contemporaries and current young generation heroes. Reaching near to 100th mark, it looks like Balayya has become more brave and aspiring highly to experiment with different kind of characters. In fact, Nandamuri Nata Simham is the alone hero in Tollywood who has touched a diverse genres of characters.

Perhaps, he might have suffered with too many failures in recent times but when ever he delivers that is going to be a lethal knock out punch at BO. Most of the heroes when reaching a historical milestone tend to stay away from experimentation. In contrast, Balakishna waited for directors like Singeetam to take his 99th project with a Socio-Fantasy subject followed by 100th with a Historical concept. That is what we call ‘Riming.’ Heroes aiming for long career and ever lasting fame in films should take Balayya Babu as a role model.

T-wood obsessed with sentiments

Seems like, the actors/directors/music directors in Tollywood are obsessed with success sentiments. Mahesh Babu with Mumbai Marriott Hotel, Ram Charan with Chiru's remix songs, Kajal with first shot in white outfit, Gunasekhar with expensive sets, Puri Jagannath with Bangkok, Srinu Vytla with first schedule in Foreign Countries, Thaman with music sitting in Abroad and the list goes on.

Earlier, there used to be success sentiments like Hit-Pair (Hero-Heroine, Hero-Director, Hero-Comedian, Hero-Villain, etc.,) and Golden Leg Heroine and few others. But now, Luxury Hotels, Grandeur Sets, Foreign 'story/music sittings and shootings' have been the latest trend.

Well, if the film clicks everything can be acceptable, but when it fails the production cost will add to the burden of the producer. Hope, these hot shot actors and directors keep this point in mind!

Vikram removed shirt for Anushka??

The notion is heroines removing their clothes to woo their heroes. But when it comes to ravishing Arabian horse Anushka, it is unstoppable for heroes to resist temptation, it seems.

The other day, Anushka and her latest movie Thandavam hero Vikram are shooting for a chase sequence in London. With the temperature is icy cold with minus degrees, Vikram is expected to use a body double for the shoot. As goons chase Anushka, Vikram should chase them with a shirtless body. But the body double hasn't dared to go shirtless in that spine chilling temperature. To avoid wastage of time and planned schedule, Vikram himself has reportedly jumped in to do the shot without shirt and without dupe. The whole unit including director Vijay and hottie Anushka are shocked with the acts of their hero.

Vikram is always a perfectionist and into the shoes of the character he is playing. With a tough guy like him removing shirt for Anushka, female fans are going mad, though the act is limited to on-screen.

Kajal move-on to Nag now

Some combinations look good on-screen, but such casting will leave some indigestible blocks in viewers' mind. Looks like, such combination is soon going to work out in Tollywood.

In a career span of five years, wide eyed Kajal wooed Telugu audiences with her sizzling figure and expressive performances. All this is done by our tempting beauty by acting aside youthful heroes only. Other than Raviteja, she never paired with any senior hero of Tollywood. If reports are to be believed, she is soon going to share the screen with King Nagarjuna. Earlier, our hottie has romanced Nag's son Naga Chaitanya in flop flick 'Dhada'. More than that movie, Kajal is also a big flop for her pale looks in that flick. Is she ready to shake her leg with father after failing to score marks with son?

Earlier we have seen how Nag reacted when linkup rumours popped between Anushka-Nag and Anushka-Chaitu. To avoid such gossips, he might not say a go to Kajal as there is no scarcity of heroines for him.

Rajamouli is not his favorite

One of the most celebrated 'sishya' of star veteran director K Raghavendra Rao is none other than SS Rajamouli. But all this happened only after beating the odds by our Jakkanna.

During the times of working as an assistant to KRR, Rajamouli used to be somewhat reserved and slow in his works. At that time, Vara Mullapadi is another top associate of Raghavendra Rao who is gem of everything. A source revealed that everyone is advised by KRR to learn things from Vara Mullapudi as the senior director has lots of hopes on him. After Vara failed to do any magic at Box Office with 'Na Alludu' and 'Visakha Express', things have turned the other way. At the same time Rajamouli proved his capability and command over the subject through some blockbuster movies. Finally, Vara's place is replaced by Rajamouli in the forte of Raghavendra Rao.

One can understand how success redefines the position of any technician whether at Box Office or in the hearts of their 'gurus'.
